(ii) Returns for Size/Color Exchange or Change of Mind
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.
Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.
Products that fail to meet return conditions will be rejected and sent back.
(iii) Return Policy Guidelines
Return requests must be made within 7 days.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered.
Products with stains or perfume odors will not be accepted.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will be rejected.
Ruhani by Shalini will cover return shipping costs and arrange pickup. If a pickup is not possible in your area, you may need to drop off the package at a local post office.
Credit Notes
Issued after quality verification within 5-7 business days.
Refunds (only for manufacturing defects) will include a proportionate shipping cost.
Credit notes have lifetime validity and can be used online or in stores.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability.
Refunds will be processed immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
By You:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Custom-made or altered items cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, including masks, gift boxes, pocket squares, and unstitched blouse fabrics.
Custom-made and made-to-order products.
Altered items or those marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Cut fabrics from the thaan.
E-Gift Cards
Valid for lifetime until redeemed.
Can be used on Ruhani by Shalini’s website or offline stores in India.
Cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Lost or stolen gift cards are non-replaceable.
